Originally LTV Center, was the first big project that Dallas Metal Fabricators did.

It was the first project we had that was over $1 million dollars. We had a very short period of time to perform.

SOM, one of the largest and most influential architecture, interior design, engineering, and urban planning firms in the world, contracted Dallas Metal Fabricators for the new project. We did the original job for Avery Mace Construction which is now Hunt Construction. It was here where we became known for high quality brass, bronze and stainless steel.

2 shop drawings and field dimensions in a very short period of time and doing high quality work, Dallas Metal Fabricators delivered the quality work we have been known for spanning 3 generations.

We did Halliburton's offices, LTV's offices in the building as well as throughout the lobby and plaza area.

Prior to this project, Dallas Metal Fabricators were known for hotels. We had done Radisson Lincoln. We had done Adolphus Hotel. We had done Hyatt Regency.

2001 Ross Avenue was the first fifty story building we did. It became a landmark for Dallas Metal Fabricators. It kicked us off to doing commercial real estate ventures in Dallas. The year was 1985.

The newest project we are working on right now is Liberty Mutual Headquarters at Legacy West. It has over 5,000 new employees. It is approximately a 500 million dollar building. Dallas Metal Fabricators is doing most of the nice metal on the interior of the building for Balfour Beatty. We are excited about that!
